I have not been billed since December last year as apparently I am one of the "small" number of customers with a billing issue. Billing is stuck and no money have been taken out of my bank account since. After searching through this forum, I have noticed some customers with the same issue are only charged for 90 days once a fixed has been applied to their accounts. I checked this theory both on webchat and on the telephone. The webchat colleague wasn't 100% sure and on the support phone line the colleague could not comment when I asked about the 90 days charge and he said they will discuss a payment plan once a fixed has been applied to my account.
It seems no-one at Plusnet is clear about the 90 days charge. I'm confused.
