Since starting my latest contract I've not had any billing issues (thankfully) until I noticed from my bank statements I have not been billed for last month; upon checking the system still states 'next bill Oct 18th'.
I'd like to know why this has happened (assuming it's something to do with the account systems being down on checking the forums), when that payment IS due to come out of my account and if my account is at risk of disconnection due to 'non-payment'.
Hopefully by flagging this up now you can sort it out, I don't mind having to pay for two months in a row as long as I'm aware it's going to happen, as long as my internet remains active as like everyone else it's important it stays on.
