Not being charged for broadband

I moved in July 2019 and took plus net with me. I have just noticed that I am not being charged for my broadband. I checked the bills and it shows on my account that I am still mid-switch. I’m really worried about being stung with a big bill. I have a direct debit set up, it just seems that I am being billed incorrectly.

I've not been charged since May 2019.

I just get the occasional message saying they are sorting it out.
