Another month and I haven't been billed at the agreed amount once again. Last month after nearly three quarters of an hour on the phone I was promised the issue had been fixed and a credit was to be given, which by the middle of the month hadn't been issued so another long call followed.
am I going to have to call up every month to get the price agreed?
