Not being Billed

Since being forced to sign up as a new customer and loosing all my customer history with P/N things aren't going quite right.


I've been cut off twice as the bills aren't being paid but P/N haven't set up a DD mandate so this isn't my fault.


I've checked this morning and money still isn't being taken even though I have been forced to start a new contract (again) only a few short months after signed a new one following a house.


What on earth is going on P/N?
