Not been billed

 

Hello CS,

I have not been billed since December 2018. I moved my  land line (voice service to BT due to billing issues at PlusNet) in January 2019. The broadband fibre (FTTC) is still active at Plusnet.

 

I have FTTP service now via BT. Please could also downgrade my package to 40Mb from 80Mb?

 

Please could you look into this for me?

Hi there @max3600,

 

I would suggest calling our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632. They will be able to discuss any and all options available to you. You can reach them during the opening hours of:

 

8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 7pm Saturday
9am - 6pm Sunday
