Not been billed for months

Hi,

Can someone at Plus.net raise a ticket to deal with my billing - I've not had a bill from you lot for months!  There was a ticket, but it got closed automatically after 28 days of 'inactivity'.

It means that I cannot add services or change my phone number, which is incorrect on your system, even though the phone works just fine.

I'm sorry for the issues you're having with your invoices. Our Billing Team are actively working on implementing a fix however this can take some time. As soon as we have any further updates we will let you know accordingly.
