Not been billed for 2 months

Not been on here for a while - two under 5's taking up most of my time!!!! 
Anyway, as the title says, I've not been billed for the second month running (my *next* billing date still shows as 21/1/11) and no direct debit has been taken from my bank account.
I raised this last month by calling CS but the issue hasn't been resolved. 
Any chance someone could look into this for me (much as I like getting *free* broadband I don't want to be hit with the big bill later!!!!)?

Hey.
I've fixed that for you and taken a manual payment just now for your subscription between yesterday and your next billing date.  You should bill as normal from next month.
