Not asked about activation date?

Hiya, moving in to new property on the 31st January and wanted to take advantage of the current Plusnet offer. I have spoken to the online chat a few times and they said just sign up and I would get asked when I wanted the activation date. So I signed up last night however have not been asked about activation date, it just says the phone line will be taken over in a couple of weeks. I doubt the current occupier will be too happy at that  Wink
Will I still be asked about when I want it to start or is there something else I need to do?
