Hi there,
I'm trying to view my full billing history from the start of my contract (May 2019) but they don't go that far back - I can only seem to view bills from August 2019 in the bills section of my account.
Can someone from Plusnet please send me all my bills from the start of my account til now?
I have also today been issued a full bill, however I am leaving Plusnet next week (12th Nov).
I understood that I paid in advance but there are no coverage dates on the latest bill (except the issue date - 8th Nov) to check this.
Does this mean I will be issued a refund of some of 8th Nov's bill, upon closure of my account?
Thanks
Angela

You pay in advance for phone and broadband. You are charged for the whole month you are leaving. After your service is transferred and your account closed you will be sent a refund for the days between your leaving and the end of the billing month.
