Got my monthly email to say I need to make a payment, I have tried the link on the email got the messgae Error Sorry, we are not able to complete this request at the moment, please try again later.
Tried logging in to my account and there is no option to make a payment.
Is something broken or is plus net giving me a free month?
No I do not want to call you or for you to call me, I just want to do it only like every other month.
