Not able to get through to customer services

Hello
For days now, I have tried to get through to customer services to change my broadband package. I have called at different times of the day, to no avail. Continuously on hold.  Angry
If this continues, I will just cancel my DD and cancel my contract.
Can someone plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz call me back?

I rang yesterday about about 8pm it took about 15 minutes on hold but did get through to someone

if you're looking for a new deal you need to call the customer options team on their specific number which is usally quicker than standard support, otherwise you can change your package in portal

the best number to reach the Customer Options Team on is 0800 013 2632 (Selecting the option for thinking of leaving)
They currently have a call queue of roughly 3 minutes.

The quickest way I've found is to go online and speak to them through you account,  having said that it doesn't mean you'll get sorted any quicker,  I spoke to them on Saturday,  the person I spoke to couldn't sort it,  he said it'd  be sorted Monday,  here we are on a Thursday still waiting for a reply!
