Not able to change my payment method

Hello same problem here.  The change your payment method button is not working for me.  Has this been resolved?  Is it cause I am new?  Please help...

Not resolved still...

Left Plusnet and still cant pay my last bill.. this is so frustrating!  I am forced to wait >10' on a long distance call form Germany to pay the freaking 3 pounds left in my last bill that Plusnet for some reason they and God only know cat get with direct debit...  Tis is a ridiculous...
