None payment of invoice for service not received

I have been taken to the debt collection agency for none payment of my invoice. I have repeatedly replied to Plusnet/Madasafish since August to say I don't want the service for the FUTURE 12 months that you are asking me to pay for, I have sent a recorded delivery letter too but still haven't had a response. The easy thing is to pay the bill for the service that I don't want, am not receiving and that has been suspended. But this leaves them free to do exactly the same to me in 12 months time! How the hell do I opt out!?!?!?!

Private Message is not email, just click on Adam's name or picture, and it will bring up a new screen with an option to send a private message on the right hand side.

Can you please advise if you have checked further as my outstanding balance now that it has been kindly handed to a debt collector increases by the day!?!?!

Thanks for the details. It looks like this has since been resolved and the outstanding balance has been requested to be removed from the collections agency records by our complaints team.

 

I've double checked this with our debt management team, and they've made sure the request is sent across. It can take about a week for the agency to receive it though.

 

Can you let us know if you receive any further correspondence from the 3rd November onwards?

You need to check your credit rating to make sure Plusnet have not left anything adverse on there!

Thanks for investigating, fingers crossed it has worked. So much unnecessary stress though from Plusnet.
