No usage shown [again]

For the last 3 days no usage has been shown against my account.

This happens every couple of months until I complain.

Please make a permanent fix.

Sorry to hijack your thread VR, but mine appears to have fallen over since Thursday morning. Not a major problem (Unlimited account & my own monitoring), but it is nice to have a check.

You think you are having problems; see my post at https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/Monthly-usage/m-p/1380243#M309742 .  In August all usage data disappeared for 4 days, in September for 14 days, and this month I'm still without this facility 18 days after my last bill was produced.  The message in its place still says it may take up to four hours to come back.  There is quite a difference between 4 hours and 18+ days, and before the problem started in July I was able to access my usage data every single day at different times.  Being a year into my first contract with PN I've now been without this service for 25% of the time.

I know from bitter experience that once it's broken that it isn't going to fix itself.

Well, I did live chat on 30th July, and posted on here on 5th September for PN's attention.  I'm reluctant to take a day off work to call support.

Mine has been showing no usage since Thurs am too; but does it really matter with most people now being on unlimited usage ?Huh

@davidj66 -probably doesn't matter - as I said before - but if it is there, it should be correct.

Usage showing ZERO on my account for the last 3 days very strange and totally wrong as I stream a lot of media content, it's nice to know though how much you are using

For a relatively low user like me (don't think I've ever gone above 35GB/month) it enables me to compare PN to ISPs offering limited deals.  If PN decide not to provide this data to those on unlimited usage, they should let us know, and stop providing it for all of us, not just "some accounts".

Why not set up some legal bit torrents? - If Plusnet can't be bothered to provide usage stats, I don't see why I should care about donating some of my 20Mbps upload.

Don't know if it's just me - but most of my usage from yesterday has now appeared. Not the best day to pick, as I was away for about eight hours, but at least the system appears to not be totally broke.Wink

Wish I could say the same, but all my usage data disappeared at the end of the last billing period (12th October), and all I see is a message saying it may take up to 4 hrs to return.  There is a substantial difference between 4 hrs and 3 weeks.

The service status section says that a problem with View My Usage was resolved on 20th July, which happens to be the last day my meter recorded any actual usage; could this be significant?

Usage recorder is up the creek again - my wife uses Youtube a lot for grandkid's entertainment,so normally I get ~ 5GB usage per day -since last week its showing a few MBs per day!!!
