There is no usage showing in my account for the whole of August even though I have been using the internet every day. I have just received a notification that I am approaching my limit for this month but with no way of checking I don't know how close I am so am wary of connecting now.
I had days last month when there was no usage showing so it looks like it's a recurring problem.
Please would someone from PlusNet support look into this.
