When we signed up for plusnet there was definitely a cashback offer included with the package we selected. I have looked into this and apparently we were supposed to have had an email about obtaining the cashback. So far we haven't heard anything yet and it's been two weeks since our internet was activated and longer since the phone service started. Obviously don't want to miss out on the cash, are there any plusnet staff on here who can provide any information/help?
