No reward email

Hello there,

I am yet another customer who has not received an email to allow me claim the £70 reward included in my deal. I signed up on 11th April, was connected on the 28th of April and have received both account information and technical support emails. I have checked whether the reward email went into the spam folder but this is not the case. Would someone be kind enough to help out here?

Your cashback email should arrive within 10 days of your activation day. Please let us know if you haven't received this email by the 9th of May.
