No reward card

Good evening, I still haven't received my reward card, either by email or post. I claimed this on 13th April 2021.

Me neither, I’ve spoken to both the card issuer and plusnet, both seem completely incompetent.

Mine was issued on 30th March and a replacement on 6th May but still nothing.

As far as I’m concerned it’s a breach of contract.
