No reward card

Another new customer that didn't receive an email to claim their reward card.

 

My fibre broadband was active for over 10 days and I hadn't received an email to claim my reward card. 15 days and 3 email requests later still no response from Plusnet. I have been unable to get through on the phone and would just like somebody to send me the reward card that I was promised.
