No reward card

Plusnet broadband has been activated for well over 30 days, activation date was 14/3/2025. Haven’t received the reward card email yet. Emailed the purecard help desk, who came back to me saying that they haven’t received anything from plusnet and to chase it up with plusnet. Anyone able to assist with this please? Who in plusnet do I need to contact?

I checked your account and found that the promotion offer was through a third-party cash back site. You will need to contact the cash back site where you placed your order.

The reward cards can take up to 10 working days from the time you go live. If you have not received the card for any reason, please feel free to update this thread.

Hi there @TheGuyOutside If you've received your reward card but haven't received the pin, I would advise to give this number a call 0344 800 6435.
This number refers you to the third party company 'Blackhawk' who handle all issues with reward cards after you've received the reward card itself.
They should be able to chase up where your pin is and if it hasn't been sent out you as of yet, they should be able to manually submit for this pin to be sent.
