No reward card

I joined Plusnet on Sept and received a claim confirmation email on 13-Oct. I still haven't received the reward card even though I had made a call in the last two weeks.
Anyone can give me a hand?
Please let me know if you need more information.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry that you are yet to have received the Reward Card advertised when you signed up with ourselves.

 

Please call 0844 800 6435 to make further inquiries as to where the Reward Card is as I can see it was claimed by yourself on 13/09/2020.

It seems your detail is incorrect. I applied the service on 24-Sept and completed the claim form on 14-Oct. I made a call on 30/11 and they replied I will receive reward card within 10 working days.

Thanks for your response, apologies for the slight discrepancies regarding the specific dates in which the emails were sent. On my end, I can see a Claim Confirmation email which was sent on 13/10/2020.

 

Either way, you should have received the Reward Card by now, as you have not, please call the number provided above for further assistance.

Actually I had called on 1-Dec. They replied I will receive it within 10 days.

I have looked into this for you and unfortunately it would appear that we have not received your information from plusnet. As this is the case this would need to be discussed directly with plusnet as we are a third party company we are unable to assist further without the information provided by them.

 

What I can do so that Plusnet will help for my case or just give up for the reward?

I also received an email confirmation on the Wed 09/12/2020 to confirm my reward card will be sent out, and allow 30 days. I have yet to receive this reward card.

How can we chase this up?

I am a new customer and applied for my reward card in December 2020. I received an acknowledgement by email on 30/12/2020 that I'd receive it within 30 days but I have heard nothing since.

is this the kind of service I should get used to?
