No reward card mail

My broadband service has been active for a little under 2 months and I have yet to receive the reward card mail.  The offer was for a £70 card.

 

I've tried contacting Plusnet with no success:

  • Phone: got bored of being on hold after 45 minutes.
  • Twitter: initially received a message saying "check the FAQ", which was useless, then a request for my username (which I'd already given), followed by silence.
  • Email to Purecard: confirmation received with a promise to reply within 7 days.10 working days.  Now on day 8 and no response.

What happened to "customer service is key" at Plusnet?  Any chance of getting this sorted please?

I'm sorry you were having some trouble with redeeming your cashback and apologies I couldn't catch you over the phone just now. I've created a support ticket on the account with some more info.
