Hello Plusnet Community Team,
Just seeing if I can get any help as I haven’t received my reward card redemption email and it’s been over a month now since I received email saying there will be a link to claim my reward card and will be with me in the next 14 days.
Reward card was included on the offer when switching to Plusnet Full Fibre.
I have been with Plusnet since Tuesday 27th May 2025, although had issue getting the broadband working and was not activated and working until Saturday 31st May 2025.
I am expecting compensation as well with it taking 5 days after activation date to get broadband working so can you please check on this as well as the reward card.
