No reward card email received and an error on log in to Plusnet Hub
"An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."
I've seem all the other similar messages reporting the reward card error, seems like Plusnet are well aware of the fact that emails are not sent out and are happy to embezzle customers this way.
Not a happy customer,
Please advise.
