No reward card email and no information on me as a customer?

As the title states, I am a new customer who had registered with Plusnet on 01.12.20 around the time of the £75 gift card. I got in touch recently with Purecard only to find I wasn't even on the database?
I'm really apalled by this in all honesty, and what started as a simple request for my gift card email to be sent, has turned into this massive confusion. I hope this gets sorted soon, it's been baffling me and my daughter for the past two weeks, the service is shockingly poor.
If anyone can help with this problem then please do, we really need it.
