No reward card/email - after 3 months

Joined at beginning of April and have still heard nothing about my reward card.
Have attempted to contact Customer Services on several occasions, but had no luck.
Others, who joined later, seem to have had theirs - why?
This is my 3rd topic raised in the Community - please can someone respond.
Am aware that you currently have no call centres or chat facilities, but 3 months is more than long enough for someone to reply. Thanks

Hi ,
Have been in contact with the reward card provider and they have no record of a request for one for me.
This is starting to get silly as I have tried contacting Plusnet Customer Service on several occasions about this.
I know that the pandemic has not helped the situation, but would be grateful if some one could look into this please.
I think I have been very patient.
