No response from help

Tried Twitter and FB message.
Replied to the help teams post this morning saying they are in. But no reply. How do I get help.

Hi I just sent this to Matt but I don’t know if he is looking at it today. Could do with this sorting.

Hi Matt. I had an e mail cancelling the bt contract followed immediately by a second email saying a new contract was in place. But that was 10th Dec at 1.15pm. It also said allow up to 48 hours. I still see the ‘ you don’t subscribe to this channel’ message if I try BY sport. And that is now 6 hours over the 48. Could you take a look and see what is happening?? Thanks
