No reminder to renew Line Rental Saver

I have not received a reminder (as advertised) to renew Line Rental Saver, which has now expired.
It was only the increase in my latest bill, now including the monthly line rental, that prompted me to check. I've now renewed it for another year and set up my own reminder, just in case, but why no reminder? I'm disappointed.

Is there a closed ticket (Help & Support|Help Assitant|View |All My Questions) containing a Service Notice dated 1 month before the expiry?  This will confirm which address(es) a notice was sent to, if at all.

Hi Catster48,
I've had a look at your account and it seems that a reminder email was never sent. I'm really sorry this didn't happen as it should've. I've raised this as an internal problem to be looked into if there are any other customer's effected.
I'll refund the difference in Line Rental that you've paid this month due to this reminder not being sent out and confirm the amount on your account as an apology.
