No referrals paid this month?

Just checking my account, I can see that my referrals haven't been processed this month (like they normally are on the 1st of every month).  I'm currently on the free PAYG package, so the payments are put into my bank once a month.
Has anyone else had a similar issue this month or is it just confined to my account?

If you don't pay for your broadband then the referrals are only paid once the total owed reaches £5

My referrals are currently on £13 (£10 at month end)

FYI, we currently have a problem with this which means that refunds for this month haven't been processed. Problem 69395 is open at present
