Having just checked, referral credit has not been included in my most recent bill.
Do I have to phone Plusnet or will a staff member pick up this post and respond?

Hi @maranello I'm sorry to see your latest bil's missing your referral credit. I've picked this up for you now and I've refunded it to your bank account. You should receive the refund within the next 5 to 10 working days.

As described above, in my previous monthly invoice my referral credit was omitted, but thanks to the action of @Gandalf a refund to my account was made.
This month, it appears that double referral credits have been applied.
What is going on, and what do i need to do?
