No "Your Plusnet bill is ready to view" E-mail This Month

Not a real big deal but no e-mail received this month. Is this a general outage or just me ?

The bill has been issued on the usual date.

If you use this link https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search&view_by=30days you can check to see if an email has been sent out.
Note: you'll probably be requested to login into your account, look for a service notice
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks. I forgot about that option, yes it is showing there. E-mail not received in either of the accounts shown on the service notification, my main e-mail account or the Plusnet mail, last one was September.
