Hey @ajtuckwell,
I'm sorry you're having trouble renewing your contract over the member centre, I'm not sure why it would be popping up with that error as checking over your account just now everything looks spot on with no errors in place. I'd advise calling into our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632 between the hours of 9am - 6pm and our team can discuss the options available with you.
Alternatively drop me a PM with the following information and I can get that arranged with our team:
- A preferred contact number
- A preferred time/date to contact you
