No one in Plusnet can use a compter

So after planet has admitted i have been placed on a contract i didn't ask for no one can physically change my account over till 1St of may so. Computer does say No
Leaving me with no way to make phone calls unless i pay for them
My solicitor thinks its a ploy to get as. Much money they can tradeing standards cant understand the reasoning why
Plusnet we care. Wat a crock of [-Censored-]e should be done for false advertising
