No means to pay final bill

Hi, I recently closed our account due to moving house. I cancelled my direct debit and have now received a final bill. Plusnet have already closed my online account so I am unable to pay online. They emailed me a number to call and pay but of course no one is picking up - can't access any way online to pay because the account is closed, and obviously they threaten to send debt collectors if the bill is not paid within 14 days.
