Hi, my plusnet service went live on 25th August 2019, all good so far, however I still haven't received the email to claim cashback. (I see from the topics on this board that many others have posted similar queries).
I confirm that I have received other emails from plusnet ie; order confirmation, bill ready etc.
The emails are not in my junk/spam folders.
Please look into this for me, many thanks.

I am sorry to hear you have received no communication surrounding your cashback. An email was sent to you 02/10/2019 to claim your reward, however I am sorry to hear this does not seem to have reached you. We'd be happy to redeem this on your behalf if you would like? Once redeemed this would then be sent to you within 30 days.

Signed up with Money saving expert. Plusnet went live 24/09/19
No email regarding cashback received yet.
It is not in my spam folder. Other Plusnet emails received.
