No email to redeem £75 cashback

Hi,

 

I ordered my broadband package with the £75 cashback offer on 10 March. After a few Covid related delays, the broadband went live 16 April, however I have not received my email with a link to redeem the £75.

 

Please can someone help?

I am sorry to here you haven't received your cashback email, it is usually sent within the first 10 working days of the services going active. I have looked into this for you and provided the link to redeem you cashback via a ticket on the account here.
