No email to claim £75 cashback

Hi,

My broadband went live on 19/8/19, and I still haven't received the email with the link to claim the £75 cash-back promised with the 18 month contract. I went directly through Plusnet when I purchased.

I am sorry for the lack of communication there has been surrounding your cashback. Sometimes, our reward claim emails are sent to the Spam/Junk folder so I'd recommend checking there if you haven't done so already. I've provided some further information relating to your specific account here

Thanks for your reply. I have checked both my spam and inbox and I didn't receive an email on 28th August from you, and can't see any other emails regarding claiming the cash back.
