No email to claim £75 cashback cheque

Hi

I signed up to Plusnet when cashback of a £75 cheque was being offered. Literature clearly stated I should have received an email within 10 days of activation to claim the £75 cashback cheque. I went live over two weeks ago and I've still not received an email to claim the £75 cheque. And yes I've checked my junk mail every day.

Specifically I'd like to know:

1) When will I receive the email to claim the £75 cheque as it is overdue?

2) Why haven't I received it yet?

3) There are threads going back months of people with this same problem. Why aren't you fixing the problem of people not receiving the email to claim their £75 cashback cheque? It doesn't look very professional to have lots of people continually having the same problem. You certainly aren't "doing us proud"!

I would be most grateful if a member of the support team could assist asap.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the e-mail to claim your cashback.

We can see the e-mail was sent out last week but to speed things up for you I've redeemed this on your behalf and you should receive the cashback within the next 30 days.

Same boat as CDB2.

The service is active since 27/08, unfortunately no email to claim the cashback ... checked my spam folder, not there ....

Same issue as these other customers.

Signed up to Plusnet on 19 August and broadband started on 3 September, but no email to claim £75 cheque. I’ve also checked my spam folder but nothing received. 

Can you please review my account and advise on the status of the Cashback.
