This is the first time I have not received an email from Plusnet informing me that an invoice has been raised and will be collected by direct debit and the second email notifying me of my referral discount. My direct debit was collected on Friday but still no email.
Apologies. I have just checked my other computer and found the emails. Have now completed a check on this laptop and found that I had put an incorrect user name for that particular account that receives the billing emails. Hopefully next month they'll now come to this computer.
