No email sent for cash back

Does anybody know why I haven’t received an email to claim the cash back back when I signed up over a month ago

I'm sorry to hear you've not received your email to claim your reward. It's showing as sent on 21/09/2019 from our side so I apologise it's not showing on your sdie. We'd be happy to redeem this  on your behalf if you'd like? Once redeemed this would then best to your address within 30 days.
