No email received to claim my £75 cash back

According to the small print when I signed up, I was supposed to receive this email within 10 working days of signing up.  I signed up on 28 August 2019, but I still haven't received my email.

Can anyone help?

From checking your account I can see the e-mail was sent this morning but to speed things up for you I've claimed the cashback on your behalf.

You should receive this within the next 30 days but if you don't let us know and we'll investigate further

I've checked my inbox and spam/junk folder this morning and cannot see an email from Plusnet.

So thank you for putting the claim in for me Can you tell me when I can expect to receive the money in my bank account? Or do Plusnet post a cheque?
