No email received for £75 cashback

Hi,
My contract nearly finish. I AM hoping is not too late to received £75 cashback. My contract started the 2 Jan 2018 and is finishing the 3 July 2019. It was 18 months contract. I was told that I will received cashback at the end of my contract. I am worry. I did not received any email. I asked one of your advisors and no one sure about my cashback. Different person giving me different answer. I do not know what to do. Please help me before my contract will end.

I AM sure I did not received any email about my cashback. If I get it I would not asked. All my emails from my mailbox desapired. I get email if I want them back to restore I need to Ask about that . I did and assistant told me he can not see aby note about restorage my emails. But my emails gone. Finally I found messages, help assistant and there is a table and all my and Plus net service messages. The email couldn't be send the 04/01/2018. Because you provided my broadband with delay. Should be connected the 02/01/2018 but was the 04/01/2018. But oryginalny should be before Christmas 2017. This is very unfair to give people bot true information. Pls double check because it could be cashback back voucher and I do not need to claim just get a cheque.

I have checked all information on help assistant there is no email about my cashback.
Pls can you send me a copy of that email.
Plusnet still sell broadband with cashback do pls do not say it expired.
Since day 1 from my ordering I AM having problems with Plusnet. So dissapionted.

If I understand your question correctly cheques are valid for up to 6 months from the date on the cheque.

Hi,
Could you help me with one more thing,pls?
I canceled my contract with Plusnet.
Today I had phone call from my another provider. I ordered broadband from Post Office but there is a problem.
Because I had alredy cancel my contract with Plusnet they can not do it for me, I mean cancellation and overtake the line.
Can I cancel my previous cancellation with Plusnet. And Post Office will do the cancellation for me.
I can get thro chat to ask assistant to help me.
