Hi,
I signed up to the Plusnet offer below on 12th Feb 2019. My service went live on 4th Mar 2019. It has been more than 2 weeks since my service was activated but i have still not received the email with the cashback instructions.
"Unlimited Broadband and Line Rental from £18.99 a month for the first 12 months, then from £29.98 a month, with a £75.00 cashback cheque. 12 month contract. No activation fee, was £10.00: between 6th February 2019 and 13th February 2019."
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I am sorry to hear you've not received your cash back email as of yet. We've recently had a delay with our reporting system that processes these cashback emails. This has since been resolved and the email to redeem your cashback should be with you between 28/03/2019 - 08/04/2019.

I have the same issue. My broadband was activated 06/06/2019 and I have not received my cashback email. I only signed up for the service from my previous supplier because of the cashback offer 😕
Please can you look into this for me?

Hi @naomifryer,
You'll receive your cashback redemption email within ten working days of your activation date, so this should be with you by 20/06/19 at the latest. If it's not showing in your main inbox by this date, please check your spam folder as it may have gone into there.

I'm sorry to hear that you never received the prepaid card. I'm afraid that at this stage we wouldn't be able to offer support from our end of things and I would instead recommend calling 0800 587 1995 for support.
