No email for reward card

How long do you need to wait to receive email for the reward card my service went live on the 28.08.2019

and no email received

I am really sorry for the lack of communication there has been with your cashback. I've checked over our systems and it is showing an email has been sent to you so i do apologise this doesn't seem to have reached you. We'd be happy to redeem this on your behalf if you would like? Once redeemed, this would be sent to you within 30 days.
