Seems to be common, but I havent received an email for the £75 cashback, my broadband has been online 2 weeks now.
I saw a post that I had to wait 1 week, then I had a chat with one of plusnets techs who said I had to wait 10 days, then I saw something that was 10 working days, still nothing.
Could someone from plusnet help me please?
