No discount applied to bills?

Hi,
I signed up to the Unlimited Fibre contract and at the time it was supposed to be £3 (ish) for at least 6 months rather than the £15. This doesn't seem to have been applied to my first 2 bills. Any advice as to why this is would be much appreciated.

Can you confirm how you signed up (on the phone, directly over the web site etc) as we don't see any discounts at all.

Thanks for getting back to me. I signed up online through topcashback where the discounted amount for 6 months was advertised.

Thanks for clarifying. As Tony states, it doesn't seem like the discounts are there.
I'd be happy to add them on on Plusnet's side, but my concern is that you might not get your cashback cheque.
When you get a moment, are you ok to check with TopCashBack?
I understand that you can do it this way:

  • Go to the TopCashBack website and log into their TopCashBack account.

  • Select 'Account', which can be found toward the top right of the website.

  • Click on 'Customer care'.

  • Select the 'View or lodge a claim' option.
