No contact regarding £75 cashback

Hi

I signed up to Plusnet when cashback of £75 was being offered. T&Cs state I should have received an email to claim the £75 cashback after my service went live, that was on 02/09/19 and I've still not received an email?

I would be most grateful if a member of the support team could assist.

It looks like an email was sent to you on 10/09/2019 to claim this reward. If you haven't done so already I'd recommend checking your spam/junk folder.
