No contact after signing up for Phone/Broadband

I'm a little concerned, I signed up to transfer my phone and broadband from BT to PlusNet last Thursday (17th May). My up front payment was taken from my credit card but I have not had any email's or text from PlusNet to confirm my request. 

Is this normal?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received confirmation of your orders.

 

Could you PM Me the username you used to sign up along with the full address and postcode where you've signed up and I'll try to use this to locate the account.

During the sign up, did you see an order confirmation screen at the end of the order journey, following the payment screen?
