No confirmation of renewal

I renewed my contract back on the 22/4/20 at £19.99 fully inclusive Broadband and phone line rental, in order that my monthly bill wouldn't increase at the end of contract. To my horror, I received an email on the 21/6/20 stating that my next bill would be £29.88. Looking back, it appears that no acknowledgement was sent/received regarding my renewal. I have renewed again yesterday, and this time it seems as though you are accepting my renewal. Please can you confirm that I will NOT be billed for £29.88, but only for the £19.99 that it should have been?
